Approved Covid-19 Vaccines in the Phlippines
The Food and Drug Administration of the Philippines has issued Emergency Use Authorisation to a total of 9 Covid-19 Vaccines at the time I am writing this Blog..
Note - The Philippines is only open for Filipino Nationals, Parents, Spouses and for few other categories of passengers, Philippines is still not open for leisure travel..

Advantage of Vaccination while traveling to the Philippines
The Philippines government has a list of green countries and fully vaccinated travelers who are coming from those green countries only need to do a shorter quarantine of 7days and passengers from other countries need to do a 10 or 14 days hotel quarantine.. But to avail of the shorter quarantine, the passengers must be coming from a green country which is listed by the IATF of the Philippines and the passenger must be fully vaccinated with any of the vaccines which are approved by either the WHO or by the Philippines Food and Drug Authority..
Only coming from green lane country does not work, you must have taken a vaccine which is approved by the WHO or by the FDA Philippines..

Moderna
Sputnik Light
Sputnik-V
Janssen (J&J)
Oxford/AstraZeneca (Covishield)
Covaxin (Bharat Biotech)
Sinopharm (Beijing)
Sinopharm (Wuhan)
CoronaVac (Sinovac)
WHO Approved Covid-19 Vaccines
The WHO has given approval to 7 vaccines, and all of these 7 vaccines are in the EUL (Emergency Use Listing)
Who has approved the following vaccines at the moment -
1. Moderna/mRNA
Approved in 71 Countries and 26 Trials in 6 Countries
2. Pfizer/BioNTech
Approved in 98 Countries and 33 Trials in 17 Countries
3. Janssen (J&J)
Approved in 62 Countries and 11 Trials in 17 Countries
4. AstraZeneca/Oxford
Approved in 121 Countries and 39 Trials in 21 Countries
5. Covishiled (Serum Institute of India)
Approved in 45 Countries and 2 Trials in 1 Country
6. Sinopharm (Beijing)
Approved in 64 Countries and 12 Trials in 7 Countries
7. CoronaVac/Sinovac
Approved in 39 Countries and 19 Trials in 7 Countries
